Refund Policy

15-day refunds

If Gram's Guide to Adulting isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request one

Email us at vmmjensen@gmail.com from the address you paid with and we'll take care of it. Please include the order or receipt number from your confirmation email.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process them promptly, and banks usually show the money within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the complete guide and the downloadable PDF ends, and any copies already downloaded should be deleted.
